Job Opportunity: Business Development Officer 📍 Location: 1 Position in Satara 1 Position in Baramati 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Field-Based Role Who can apply: Candidate with min 1-2 Years of Sales/ BDO experience in Farm Machinery or Tractor Industry 🔍 Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and regionally rooted Business Development Officer to drive dealer growth, sales, and customer success in the electric farm machinery space. This is a field-based, impact-driven role for someone excited to work at the grassroots of India’s agri-evolution. 📌 Key Responsibilities: 1. Dealer Development & Management Identify and onboard local dealers. Explain product value and business model effectively. Support onboarding, product supply, training, and follow-ups. 2. Demand Generation Execute field demos and events. Generate qualified leads for local dealer network. 3. Direct Sales & Market Development Close direct sales where dealer reach is limited. Expand market footprint within taluka or region. 4. Customer Interaction & Support Connect regularly with farmers to resolve issues. Support post-sales and organize training programs. ✅ Eligibility Criteria: Education Graduate (Preferred: B.Tech Agri / B.Sc Agri) Skills MS Excel & PowerPoint (preferred); Proficiency in Marathi & Hindi (mandatory), Basic English Mindset Strong field ownership, on-ground passion, adaptability in startups; farmer family background is a plus 🌟 Why Join?
