Position Summary Responsible for marketing, outreach, and partnership development to support the training and placement of home nurses. The role focuses on candidate mobilization, employer engagement, and ensuring successful job placements. Key Responsibilities Mobilize candidates through field visits, community networks, colleges, and job fairs. Promote home nursing training programs through offline and digital marketing. Counsel prospective candidates on course details and career pathways. Build partnerships with hospitals, home-care agencies, elderly-care centers, and clinics for placement opportunities. Coordinate interviews, selection, and placement processes. Maintain databases of trainees and employer partners. Prepare weekly reports on mobilization, enrollment, and placements. Manage social media updates related to training and placement activities. Qualifications Minimum Graduates with hands-on experience in Marketing, Social Work, Nursing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, skill development, or placement services. Strong communication, networking, and counselling skills. Willingness for regular field travel.
