Role Summary The Business Operations & Growth Manager at Nearwala will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring end-to-end business, sales, and marketing activities across all active and upcoming locations. This role will act as the bridge between shop operations, user acquisition strategies, and marketing performance — ensuring consistency, efficiency, and growth in both B2B (shops) and B2C (users) functions.
