HR & Administrative Intern

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Administrative Intern to join our team for a 3-month period. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both human resources and administrative functions within a professional setting. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

• Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job ads and organizing resumes.
• Help with new hire onboarding and managing employee files.

Administrative & Accounting Support:

• Assist with daily office tasks, such as managing office supplies and organizing documents.
• Support basic bookkeeping activities, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A strong desire to learn about HR and administrative processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• This internship is a paid position, and a certificate of completion will be provided upon successful conclusion of the 3-month term.
