Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a hybrid role combining Customer Support and Inside Sales/Business Development to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be a customer advocate who can also proactively drive business growth and engage directly with clients.

This is a full-time position based in our Faridabad office.


Key Responsibilities (Hybrid Role Focus)

  • Business Development & Sales:

     Proactively engage in 

    inside sales and marketing activities

     to identify new opportunities, nurture leads, and drive product adoption for Nearwala.
  • Client Meetings & Relationships:

     Be responsible for 

    meeting with clients

     (both in-office and on occasion, in the field) to pitch solutions, onboard them, and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Field Team Collaboration:

     

    Occasionally assist the field sales team

     with on-the-ground efforts, providing support and coordination to help them achieve their targets.
  • Office Support:

     Provide essential 

    operational and sales support to both the Faridabad and Bengaluru offices

     to help achieve various company goals and initiatives.


Core Customer Support Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information about Nearwala's products and services, acting as a product expert.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
  • Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns before they escalate.
  • Maintain a strong, up-to-date knowledge of company policies and operating procedures.


Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

     in 

    Hindi and Punjabi

     (proficiency in English is a plus).
  • Strong 

    problem-solving and analytical abilities

    .
  • Demonstrated aptitude for 

    sales and negotiation

    .
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional.
  • Exceptional 

    active listening and empathy

     skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic Computer skills (MS Office especially MS Excel).


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Prior customer service, sales, or business development experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Faridabad market

     is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
