Roles and Responsibilities / Scope of Work

6 work days
Work hours 9 hours with 8 hours productivity and 1 hour break
Solve custome queries on calls (inbound/outbound)

Ideal MARS PARTNER:

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
Experience within customer conversations - VERSANT TIN mandatory (Score of 5 or 70 only eligible)
Have strong presentation and coordination skills
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication skills - ENGLISH AND HINDI, any additional language is a bonus
Should be adaptive to use internal tools
Available to work remotely
Has a laptop, high-speed Internet & inverter/ups and quite place of work
