Position Overview

Sales & Marketing Executive

This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication skills, familiarity with U.S. market outreach, and experience with CRM and lead-generation tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor

    email campaigns

    for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Conduct

    cold calling and outreach

    to prospects, scheduling meetings for the sales team.
  • Coordinate and support the sales team with

    up-to-date reporting, CRM updates, and follow-ups

    .
  • Develop

    customer retention strategies

    and assist in nurturing existing accounts.
  • Research and identify

    new business opportunities

    through market intelligence and prospecting tools.
  • Manage and maintain

    data accuracy

    across CRM and lead-generation platforms.
  • Leverage tools such as

    Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo

    for database building and outreach.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align lead-generation campaigns with business objectives.


Core Competencies & Skills

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with

    CRM systems

    (Fresh Sales, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent). Familiarity with

    prospecting tools

    like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Knowledge of

    email marketing platforms

    and campaign management.
  • Ability to analyze campaign and sales data for actionable insights.


Soft Skills

  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication skills

    .
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years

    of experience in sales coordination, business development, or marketing support.
  • Experience with

    U.S. market

    outreach strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in

    Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven track record of supporting sales and marketing teams with campaigns, lead generation, and CRM usage.
