Business Development & Marketing Executive

We are hiring Business Development & Marketing Executives to strengthen BluBridge's brand presence, support business growth, and drive outreach initiatives across global AI and technology markets.

This role combines branding, marketing communication, digital marketing, lead generation, business development support, proposal coordination, and global stakeholder interaction. It is well-suited for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build a career in BD, Marketing, and Branding within an AI-driven organization.

What you'll do:

• Support execution of branding and marketing strategies to improve visibility across AI, technology, and startup ecosystems.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across websites, digital platforms, media content, and outreach materials.
• Create and manage marketing and branding content related to AI research, consulting services, innovations, and company initiatives.
• Prepare communication assets such as company profiles, research summaries, newsletters, emailers, and official announcements.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media content, email campaigns, and online engagement.
• Assist in planning and executing brand awareness campaigns, online outreach, and community initiatives.
• Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, industry platforms, and inbound channels.
• Conduct initial discovery or introduction calls with prospects and capture clear business requirements.
• Support preparation of proposals, capability decks, quotations, and follow-up communication.
• Track leads, outreach activity, and proposal status using basic pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with partners, agencies, and external stakeholders to support branding and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal research, consulting, and leadership teams to align branding, marketing, and business development efforts.
• Support execution of KPIs related to lead generation, outreach effectiveness, engagement metrics, and timely proposal delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Analytics, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• Passion for brand-building, media engagement, and marketing communications (experience is a plus but not mandatory for passionate freshers).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
• Curiosity to learn and ability to link AI research with practical business solutions.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, or CRM tools.
• Prior internship, certification, or coursework in Business Development, Marketing, Branding, or Growth.
