Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branding strategies to increase visibility across AI and tech communities globally.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital, media, press, and offline platforms.
• Create compelling content around AI research, consulting work, innovations, and company initiatives.
• Prepare communication materials such as research briefs, press notes, newsletters, and official announcements.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media content, email campaigns, and audience engagement.
• Plan and execute awareness campaigns and community/outreach activities within AI and tech ecosystems.
• Collaborate with agencies, partners, and thought leaders to expand brand reach and visibility.
• Position Blubridge as an AI research company with a consulting edge through strategic communication.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads via targeted outreach (email, LinkedIn, industry platforms).
• Conduct introductory/discovery calls with prospects and capture clear requirement briefs.
• Support preparation of proposals, capability decks, quotations, and follow-up communication.
• Maintain pipeline tracking and weekly business development reports.
• Monitor competitor movements, industry trends, and new market opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to align branding, marketing, and business development activities.
• Deliver on KPIs including lead pipeline growth, outreach effectiveness, campaign engagement, and timely delivery of proposals and content.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Analytics, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• Passion for brand-building, media engagement, and marketing communications (experience is a plus but not mandatory for passionate freshers).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
• Curiosity to learn and ability to link AI research with practical business solutions.
• Familiarity with digital tools, social platforms, or content creation is an advantage.
