Product Developer - Enterprise Systems (Freshers)

We are looking for fresh graduates to join our Product Engineering Team and work on real-world internal enterprise systems covering HRMS, onboarding, attendance, finance workflows, and process automation.

This role is designed for candidates who want to grow as product-oriented engineers, gaining hands-on experience in building scalable, production-grade systems under senior mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new modules from scratch for an internal enterprise platform covering HRMS, Operations, and Finance.
  
• Build backend APIs end-to-end, including features such as attendance, leave management, employee records, and approval workflows.
  
• Design and implement database schemas and database-driven functionality.
  
• Translate internal operational requirements into business rules, validations, and workflow logic.
  
• Independently debug, test, and enhance self-built modules.
  
• Follow product engineering best practices for code structure, version control, and deployment readiness.
  
• Write clean, maintainable code along with basic technical documentation for internal usage.
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Year of Passing: 2025 only
  
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related disciplines.
  
• Strong programming fundamentals in one backend language (Java / Python / JavaScript).
  
• Good understanding of:
  
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving
  
• Data structures (arrays, lists, basic maps)
  
• Databases (tables, joins, basic queries)
  
• REST APIs (request/response fundamentals)
  
• Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, and analytical mindset.
  
• Willingness to work in a product-driven, process-oriented environment.
  
• Availability for on-site work in Chennai.
  

Added Advantage (Certifications / Courses)

Candidates with any of the following certifications or courses will have an added advantage:

• Backend development courses (Java / Python / Node.js)
  
• Full-stack development programs
  
• Database & SQL certifications
  
• REST API or Microservices courses
  
• Cloud fundamentals (AWS / Azure / GCP beginner level)
  
• DevOps fundamentals (Git, CI/CD basics, Docker beginner level)
  
• Recognized platforms: Coursera, Udemy, edX, NPTEL, Udacity, or equivalent
  

Note: Certifications are an added advantage, not mandatory. Practical understanding will be evaluated during interviews.
