Job Summary:

Marketing & Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Achieve admission and revenue targets through lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Counsel students and parents on educational opportunities, programs, and admission procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centres for partnerships and referrals.
  • Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) and ensure smooth admission processes.
  • Maintain CRM records and report daily/weekly updates to the branch head.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive inquiries.
  • Manage and promote Affinity Education’s presence across social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and student engagement programs at schools and colleges.
  • Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and events to represent the brand.
  • Create brand awareness through offline marketing channels such as hoardings, pamphlets, and tie-ups.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
  • Good knowledge of digital & social media marketing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA/PGDM preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in the education/EdTech sector)
