The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities Opportunity Management: Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities in energy, lighting, and construction sectors. Market Expansion: Drive penetration into new geographical and sector-specific markets. Account Management: Build and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term value and repeat business. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with estimation, AI/data, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless bid submissions and project execution. Reporting: Prepare and present periodic sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Team Development: Mentor and coach junior business development or sales staff, contributing to a high-performance culture. Industry Engagement: Represent IKIO at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand visibility.
