Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and analytical Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our Cost Estimation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in evaluating project costs and supporting the pricing strategies of high-quality LED products. Key Responsibilities • Analyze technical drawings, product designs, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Procurement, Production) to gather inputs for cost estimation. • Assist in preparing BOMs (Bill of Materials) and calculating labor and material costs. • Support the costing team in evaluating vendor quotes and maintaining pricing databases. • Participate in product value engineering and cost optimization initiatives. • Help create detailed reports and presentations for internal and customer-facing use. • Continuously improve estimation methodologies through feedback and benchmarking. Qualifications • BTech/ BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline (2024/2023 pass-out preferred). • Strong mathematical and analytical skills. • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and components used in lighting or electrical industries. • Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (like SAP) is a plus. • Good communication and team collaboration skills. • Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
