Job Description

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic HR Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment and core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be smart, proactive, and have excellent communication skills, capable of managing end-to-end hiring processes and supporting various HR operations. Key Responsibilities: -Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding -Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs -Maintain and update employee records and HR databases -Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and compliance tracking -Plan and execute employee engagement activities and HR events -Support performance management and training initiatives -Handle grievance redressal and day-to-day HR queries -Ensure adherence to HR policies and company values What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR or Talent Acquisition Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal finesse, and organizational abilities Traits: Smart, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team player Tools: Familiarity with MS Office, HRMS platforms is a plus Why Join US?
