Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify potential clients and negotiate deals that meet their needs while aligning with company goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales or product sales in the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets, closing deals, and growing revenue streams.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing leads, tracking interactions, and analyzing sales metrics.
