Job Title: Business Development Manager Company: Sparix Global Location: NX-One, Near Gaur Chowk, Greater Noida West Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the USA, UK, and Dubai markets to lead our organization's growth initiatives. The BDM will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, strategic planning, and negotiation skills to develop successful partnerships and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy and Market Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities in the USA, UK, and Dubai markets. Develop strategies for market penetration and revenue generation in international regions. Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs specific to the target regions. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations tailored to international business norms. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and ensure exceptional service delivery. 3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies for the USA, UK, and Dubai markets. Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. 4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns for lead generation. Collaborate with the product and technical teams to meet client requirements. Provide insights and feedback to internal teams for service optimization based on market needs. 5. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system. Ensure all sales documentation, including proposals and contracts, aligns with local standards and regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). International Sales Expertise: Proven experience in the USA, UK, and Dubai markets. Understanding of regional business cultures, sales processes, and client expectations in these regions. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong experience in B2B sales with a proven record of exceeding sales targets. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills for high-value deals. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for international markets. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships across multiple regions. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse data, market trends, and business performance to optimize strategies. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business development with a focus on the USA, UK, and Dubai markets. Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Consulting, or B2B Sales sectors. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Revenue Growth: Achieve defined sales revenue targets Client Acquisition: Number of new clients onboarded from targeted regions.
