Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Pixbit Solutions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales processes, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve working closely with the marketing and development teams to drive business growth.


Qualifications

Role Description

  • Strong leadership skills to motivate & manage a team, set clear goals & expectations, provide ongoing feedback & support, and lead by example.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and team members. Deliver persuasive presentations and pitches, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with key clients, business leaders, and customers.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, including the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities, develop and implement sales plans, and adapt to changes in a market.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions using relevant information, also to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • A client-focused mindset to understand the requirements and preferences of different groups of customers to deliver solutions that address those needs.
  • Extensive sales experience, including an understanding of the entire sales process. This includes pipeline management and deal closure strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the industry to identify market trends, unique characteristics of competitive landscapes, and specific customer needs.
  • Effective time management to prioritize workflows to meet deadlines consistently while achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and are willing to try new strategies and techniques may be more successful in their careers. Quickly adjust your approaches and strategies to meet evolving customer needs and market conditions.
  • 5-9 years of experience

    in Sales function performing roles like doing hands-on sales, managing sales teams, working in India as well as global markets (and successfully generating revenue from these markets)
  • 5+ years of software sales experience with 2+ years of Mobile applications experience

  • 2+ years of experience in performing the Head of Sales role
