Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: 1003,10th Floor, Mercantile House, KG Marg Connaught Place New Delhi Experience - 1-2 years Firm –Elekha Services LLP Salary - 25,000- 30,000 Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic planning. Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase customer retention and satisfaction. Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals to key stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with organizational goals. Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Generate and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to represent the company and expand its network. Requirements: MBA with a specialization in Finance and Marketing . 0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields. Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and marketing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
