Lead Generation: Utilize various methods, including cold outreach and networking, to generate leads and identify potential salon partners. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and key decision-makers. Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies with your reporting manager to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements, schemes with salon businesses to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and maximize growth potential. Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our skin care products. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the beauty or hair care industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
