Job Description

Role & responsibilities Acquire new-to-bank customers from the open market through direct sales, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and offer tailored banking solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers for one year, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement. Deliver excellent customer service by resolving queries and providing ongoing support. Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, investments, and insurance. Monitor customer behavior to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for smooth onboarding and servicing. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Prepare reports on acquisition, retention, and cross-sell performance. Transition customers to RMs or ROs based on eligibility after the nurturing period Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Target-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
