- Identify and target potential customers (individuals, small businesses, etc.) needing gold loans. - Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, local market visits, and community engagement. - Plan & execute marketing activities within 5 km radius of the branch - Travel extensively within assigned areas to meet customers. 2. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management - Educate customers about gold loan products, terms, interest rates, and benefits. - Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan schemes. - Build trust by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring transparency. 3. Documentation - Guide customers through documentation processes (ID proof, address proof, etc.) and ensure compliance with KYC norms. 4. Sales Targets and Business Growth - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements. - Expand the customer base in assigned territories through aggressive field sales activities. 5. Market Intelligence and Feedback - Report competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management. - Suggest improvements to loan products or processes based on field insights.
