Gold Loan Sales Officer
Roles and Responsibilities
· The role includes promoting Gold Loan products Conduct gold appraisals at customer locations to assess the value of gold ornaments.
· Manage loan operations, including processing loan applications, disbursements, and repayments.
· Generate leads through various channels (field work) to acquire new customers for gold loans.
· Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
· Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by management while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Minimum 6 months of experience in Gold Loan industry or related field Sales (appraisal, banking, finance).
· Strong knowledge of gold valuation techniques and market trends.
· Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction during appraisals.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
CTC :- Max 3.5Lakhs
