Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth and revenue targets.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including A- class architects, interior designers, contractors, and luxury real estate developers.
  • Create a pipeline of new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to promote brand loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining brand value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.

3. Market Research and Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the luxury building material segment.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

4*. Operational and Administrative Responsibilities*

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and operational guidelines.
  • Oversee the implementation of CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.

5. Reporting and Documentation

· Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

· Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, including forecasts and pipeline updates.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and optimize sales strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

  • Marble sales: 3 years (Required)
