We are seeking a Business Development Manager (mid-senior level) to accelerate Hatchlab’s growth agenda. The role focuses on client acquisition, revenue generation, and venture sourcing across incubation and consultancy services, while also contributing to the investment pipeline. The position demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, requiring strong business development expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Lead client acquisition for consultancy and incubation services, ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
• Source, evaluate, and recommend startups and ventures for Udyog (incubator) and Hatchlab’s investment pipeline.
• Build strong networks with corporates, entrepreneurs, and institutions to drive partnerships and deal flow.
• Develop and deliver pitches, proposals, and commercial agreements that clearly communicate Hatchlab’s ECaaS value proposition.
• Negotiate and close contracts that ensure profitability and long-term client relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams (incubation, consultancy, investment) to design and deliver integrated client solutions.
• Represent Hatchlab at industry events, startup forums, and corporate engagements, strengthening market visibility and positioning.
• Ensure disciplined CRM management, accurate pipeline reporting, and timely performance updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory (strong domain experience will be valued).
• 5–7 years of proven experience in business development, consulting, venture incubation, SaaS, or related industries.
• Demonstrated record of client acquisition, revenue growth, and deal closures.
