Job Description

We are seeking an organized, energetic & results-driven regional sales manager to join our Sales team. This role requires you to oversee sales and distribution in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. We need individuals with innate leadership qualities & someone who can maintain good client & vendor relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate and promote the companys values, value proposition, and offerings.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the target market to generate new business opportunities through market intelligence.
  • Develop marketing strategies for key accounts programs in target sectors.
  • Drive engagement and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and challenges related to cybersecurity and present tailored solutions to address them effectively.
  • Conduct product and service demonstrations, presentations, and discussions to highlight the benefits and features of our cybersecurity offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers and technical experts, to ensure accurate scoping, solution design, and proof of concepts (POCs) for prospective clients.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to provide pre- and post-sales support, laying the groundwork for future growth.
  • Stay current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity.
  • Generate revenue through campaigns and plans aimed at penetrating competitor accounts, acquiring new accounts, and scaling accounts into multimillion-dollar engagements.
  • Represent Tribastion at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the professional network and generate leads.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, and meet or exceed profitability, collections, and quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Prepare and monitor sales KPIs, and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Manage relationships with OEMs, channel partners, and distributors to identify opportunities and generate revenue.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales executive team in the region.

Education and certifications:

  • Graduate degree plus an MBA from a top business school (preferred).
  • Relevant cybersecurity sales, product, or vendor certifications are preferred.

Skills and Experience:

  • A proven track record of over 3+ years in consultative selling of cybersecurity products and solutions to enterprise customers, both in India and international markets.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large deals exceeding 5 crore in the local market.
  • Experience working with large enterprises and government organizations, selling SOC/MDR, VAPT, application security, red team services, ISMS certifications, cybersecurity regulatory audits (e.g., RBI, SEBI, IRDA), and cybersecurity awareness training.
  • Proficiency in leading CXO-level engagements and discussions, addressing customer pain points, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and technical knowledge of related products and solutions.
  • Proven ability to identify, open, and win new client accounts, as well as generate new business from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong capability to independently identify, nurture, and close large opportunities within a target-driven sales environment.
  • Effective collaboration with business units to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and solutions and articulating their value propositions across accounts.
  • Excellent service management and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with clients, management, staff, vendors, and partners.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
