Job Title: Business Development Manager – Field Sales


Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi (Work From Office)

Company: Rivotta India Private Limited

Metro Connectivity: Walking distance from Vasant Vihar Metro Station – Magenta Line

Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Position Overview


We seek a proactive, experienced, and target-driven Business Development Manager – Field Sales to drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and project-based sales across Government, PSU, Defence, Corporate, Embassy, and International Agency segments.


This role requires expertise in solution-based selling, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to handle complex procurement cycles and tender-driven business environments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across Government, PSUs, Defence, Corporate, Embassies, MNCs, and Railways.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers—including ministries, departments, procurement heads, IT directors, and embassy officials.

• Understand customer requirements and design customized AV/IT/Office Automation solutions aligned with their project needs.

• Manage the complete sales cycle: client meetings, requirement analysis, proposal preparation, pricing, negotiations, and order closure.

• Lead participation in tenders, bids, RFPs, empanelments, and vendor registrations for Government & Corporate clients.

• Collaborate with technical & pre-sales teams for solution design, BOM finalization, presentations, live demos, and site surveys.

• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging technologies to strategize sales growth.

• Maintain a structured sales pipeline, update CRM regularly, and present performance reports to senior management.

• Represent the company in industry exhibitions, conferences, client events, and networking forums.



Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–7 years of sales experience (preferably field sales).

• Strong experience in Government, PSU, Defence, Corporate, and Institutional sales.

• Excellent communication skills—spoken & written English.

• Strong command of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and professional report-making.

• Ability to manage multiple clients, multiple departments, and multiple product lines simultaneously.

• Capable of understanding and differentiating Corporate / MNC / Government / Enterprise customer segments.

• Preferably residing within 15 km of Vasant Vihar.

• Disciplined, presentable, and target-driven, with a strong commitment to business growth.
