Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through market research, outreach campaigns, and networking. Client Acquisition Pitch company services and convert prospects into clients through compelling presentations, demos, and proposals. Partnership Development Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, and vendors to expand business opportunities. Sales Strategy Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth in targeted markets. Market Analysis Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to improve service offerings and positioning. Maintain records Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and sales activities Revenue Targets Work closely with the leadership team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and sales analytics platforms. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
