Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing, branding, and creative services.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and agency growth.
• Team Leadership
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of business development executives.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative, high-energy environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the team.
• Strategy & Market Research
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine business strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop tailored proposals and pitches.
• Client Relationship Management
• Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior management.
• Use data-driven approaches to optimize business development processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of business development experience exclusively in a marketing agency.
• Demonstrated success in managing and leading a team.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
