Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Manager at CityFinSol, your role will involve leading business expansion and client engagement activities. You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for end-to-end business development, from lead generation to deal closure. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads. - Present product demos, proposals, and pricing to potential clients. - Conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) with business owners and decision-makers. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies. - Mentor junior BDEs and support their performance improvement. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Qualifications Required: - Male candidates only (field meetings & travel required). - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 25 years of experience in B2B or software sales. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong understanding of the finance, loan, or SaaS software market. - Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
