Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop New Business Opportunities:

  Identify, target, and acquire new clients through strategic outreach and effective sales techniques.

• Market Research & Analysis:

  Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

• Sales Strategy Development:

  Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

• Lead Generation & Conversion:

  Generate qualified leads, conduct meetings/presentations, and ensure timely conversion into business.

• Proposal & Presentation Preparation:

  Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations customized to client needs.

• Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure the delivery of solutions as per client requirements.

• Sales Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  
• MBA (Preferred but not mandatory)
