Brandmovers is seeking an experienced and results-oriented New Business Development Manager to drive the acquisition of new clients and expand our market presence. This strategic role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals that align with Brandmovers' growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to articulate our unique value proposition to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential client segments that align with Brandmovers' strategic goals.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, including outbound outreach, networking, and leveraging industry events, to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including conducting discovery calls, crafting compelling proposals, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts.
- Client Needs Assessment: Deeply understand prospective clients' business challenges, marketing objectives, and digital needs to tailor Brandmovers' solutions effectively.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work collaboratively with the Strategy, Creative, Technology, and Account Management teams to develop customized solutions and ensure seamless transition of new clients.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Brandmovers, professionally representing our expertise, values, and successful track record in the digital marketing industry.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system, providing regular reports and sales forecasts to management.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry developments, competitive landscapes, and best practices in digital marketing and sales to continually refine our approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or account management within the digital marketing, advertising, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at senior levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills.
