Role Description: This is a remote internship role for a Business Development Intern at Talknlock. The Business Development Intern will support the growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to sales initiatives. This role combines market research, outreach, and strategic planning to drive revenue and expand the company’s client base. Internship Details: This is a paid internship. Stipend will be as per market standards. This is a work from office internship: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur This is 6 days working 10:00AM to 06:00PM (Monday to Saturday) Upon successful completion, you will receive an Internship Completion Certificate, a Letter of Recommendation, and potential consideration for a full-time role based on performance. Key Responsibilities of Business Development Intern: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and untapped opportunities. Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold outreach. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pitches, proposals, and sales collateral. Track and manage leads to ensure efficient pipeline management. Analyze competitor strategies and client feedback to refine business development approaches. Support client onboarding by coordinating meetings, preparing contracts, and ensuring smooth handovers. Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate new revenue streams or partnership models. Monitor and report on sales metrics (conversion rates, lead quality, revenue targets). Build and maintain relationships with prospects via follow-ups and personalized communication. Stay updated on digital marketing trends to align business development efforts with industry demands. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales, marketing & business growth. Basic understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and CRM systems.
