Role Description: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment team. The role involves assisting in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time recruitment processes and HR operations in a fast-paced environment. Internship Details: This is a paid internship. Stipend will be as per market standards. This is a work from office internship: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur This is 6 days working 10:00AM to 06:00PM (Monday to Saturday) Upon successful completion, you will receive an Internship Completion Certificate, a Letter of Recommendation, and potential consideration for a full-time role based on performance. Key Responsibilities of Human Resource Intern: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking systems. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs online. Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Learn: Practical exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process.
