Role Overview

The Business Development & Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into long-term clients. The role demands strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR and payroll outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

 Develop and implement lead generation strategies for payroll, HR outsourcing, staffing, and compliance services.

 Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, digital campaigns, networking events, and industry databases.

 Maintain and update the CRM with lead information, pipeline status, and follow-up activities.

 Research industry verticals to identify potential clients and decision-makers.

 Run targeted campaigns to attract CXOs, HR Heads, Finance Heads, and business owners.

Business Development

 Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.

 Build a strong pipeline of prospects and manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure.

 Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Payroll, and Compliance) to create customized proposals and service plans.

 Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize agreements.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management

 Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.

 Ensure smooth on boarding and handover of newly acquired clients to operations teams.

 Gather feedback and insights from clients to improve service quality and market positioning.

Market Research & Strategy

 Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

 Identify high-potential sectors for payroll & HR outsourcing services.

 Participate in brand-building activities, events, webinars, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).

 3–10 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales—preferably in HR, payroll, staffing, recruitment, or consulting services.

 Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, and statutory compliance (advantageous).

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

 Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.

 Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
