Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Business Development and Revenue Growth. You will implement strategies and policies related to business, develop and maintain sustained relationships with stakeholders and customers, and address customer complaints and issues promptly. Your role will involve identifying and eliminating risk factors affecting the business, licensing initiatives and approvals, and regularly analyzing business growth and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for business development and revenue growth - Maintain relationships with stakeholders and customers - Address customer complaints and issues with utmost priority - Identify and eliminate risk factors affecting the business - License initiatives and approvals related to overall business, products, and services - Analyze business growth and performance, including underperforming products, services, and human assets - Identify areas for improvement, new product innovation, and new business opportunities - Set revenue targets and ensure their achievement through continuous analysis of revenue data, employee performance, and client satisfaction - Identify and pursue investor opportunities, offer negotiations, and close business deals Qualification Required: - Strong business acumen and management skills - Updated knowledge of market trends - Proven track record of seeking new opportunities and exceeding targets - Self-driven and highly motivated individual - Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and sales figures - Ability to handle work pressure and multitask effectively - Expertise in negotiating and closing deals - Soft-spoken and empathetic communication style - Strong relationship-building and development skills Additional Details: The ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience in a related field within the Financial Services Industry, with experience in handling large teams or guiding team managers. A qualification of MBA in marketing or an equivalent degree is required. Please note that the compensation package will be as per industry standards.,
