Business Development Head

As a Business Development Head at a premier provider of corporate interior design consultancy and turnkey solutions, your role will involve leading business growth initiatives and driving high-value corporate interior projects across India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and securing new business opportunities in corporate interiors and turnkey projects. - Developing and nurturing strategic relationships with corporate clients, IPCs, real estate brokers, and developers. - Driving the end-to-end business acquisition process from lead identification to project closure. - Coordinating with the design and project execution teams to align client requirements with offerings. - Preparing and reviewing business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations. - Developing and achieving annual business targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth. - Representing the company at industry forums, events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility. - Regularly tracking market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, corporate interiors, or real estate (commercial segment). - Strong network and connects within the corporate and property consulting ecosystem. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - In-depth understanding of corporate real estate and office interior design trends. - Proven ability to achieve high-value business targets (30 Cr+ per annum). - Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of leading business independently.
