Job Description

As a Business Development Head at a premier provider of corporate interior design consultancy and turnkey solutions, your role will involve leading business growth initiatives and driving high-value corporate interior projects across India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and securing new business opportunities in corporate interiors and turnkey projects. - Developing and nurturing strategic relationships with corporate clients, IPCs, real estate brokers, and developers. - Driving the end-to-end business acquisition process from lead identification to project closure. - Coordinating with the design and project execution teams to align client requirements with offerings. - Preparing and reviewing business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations. - Developing and achieving annual business targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth. - Representing the company at industry forums, events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility. - Regularly tracking market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, corporate interiors, or real estate (commercial segment). - Strong network and connects within the corporate and property consulting ecosystem. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - In-depth understanding of corporate real estate and office interior design trends. - Proven ability to achieve high-value business targets (30 Cr+ per annum). - Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of leading business independently. The company is known for delivering functional, aesthetic, and sustainable workplaces that reflect each client's brand and business goals. With a strong PAN-India presence and a diverse portfolio spanning various industries, you will be part of an in-house team of architects, designers, and project managers ensuring seamless project execution from concept to completion. The monthly remuneration for this position will be as per experience and capability, with attractive performance-based incentives tied to business achievement.
