Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Oversee the full recruitment life cycle to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and addressing employee grievances professionally and promptly. Manage and monitor daily attendance and leave tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy. Lead employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture, motivation, and satisfaction. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintaining Date base for Employees and Articles. Maintain HR records and update HR portal on Daily Basis. Being proactive and interactive with all the employee Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through transparent communication and effective HR practices. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Manager experience Solid knowledge of HR systems, databases, and best practices. Strong understanding of attendance management systems Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
