Job Title: Business Development Executive Experience: 2–4 Years Location: Pan India (Deployable as per Project/Region Requirements) Industry: Rapid Prefabricated Construction | Building Materials | Infrastructure Solutions About Modulus Housing: Modulus Housing is a pioneering construction technology startup specializing in rapid deployment of prefabricated buildings , including healthcare infrastructure, industrial sheds, modular offices, and housing across India. Our proprietary foldable, flat-pack modular technology has enabled us to execute projects at unmatched speed and scale. As we expand into new territories and product verticals, we’re looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Executive who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited by the impact of transforming how India builds. About the Role: You will be responsible for business development and sales of core building materials and modular construction solutions , directly supporting Modulus Housing’s mission to scale sustainable infrastructure. Your role will involve identifying and engaging potential clients across government, institutional, industrial, and commercial segments, and driving revenue through product sales and solution-based selling. Key Product Segments Core Materials : PUF Panels, MS Sheets, PPGI/PPGL Sheets, Wires & Cables, PVC Pipes, Tiles, Sanitary & CP Fittings Interior & Drywall : Fiber Cement Boards, Gypsum Boards Modular Systems : Flat-pack building modules, site offices, health centres, classrooms Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Proactively identify new business opportunities across sectors—offline & online (Govt departments, EPC contractors, architects, B2B platforms) Qualify leads, map stakeholders, and build a strong pipeline region-wise 2. Sales Execution & Account Management Pitch Modulus’ modular solutions and building products to customers and influencers Prepare techno-commercial proposals and BOQ-based offers Close sales and manage end-to-end customer lifecycle from inquiry to payment follow-up 3. Market Intelligence Stay updated on construction trends, government infrastructure tenders, and building material pricing Feed market intelligence into sales strategy and new product development 4. Client Servicing Maintain strong post-sales relationships, handle queries, ensure deliveries and installation coordination Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients 5.
