Operate online bank & NBFC portals for loan applications. Coordinate with customers, banks, NBFCs, and sales teams. Track application status and ensure timely disbursal. Maintain MIS reports and CRM updates. Ensure full compliance with company policies & lender guidelines. Candidate Requirements: Male candidates only (field visits not required, occasional office presence may be needed). 1-3 years of experience in digital loan processing. Familiarity with digital portals of banks/NBFCs. Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and online loan processing systems. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
