Business Development Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Learner Success & Engagement Associate. In this role, you’ll connect closely with learners, mentors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, meaningful, and motivating learning experience. You’ll also play a vital role in managing sessions, tracking progress, and maintaining engagement within our learning community.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Connect with learners and potential customers, understand their goals, and provide guidance with empathy and care.
• Market Research: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand learner needs and design strategies that address their challenges effectively.
• Session Coordination: Manage and support live sessions, ensuring smooth operations and an encouraging environment for participants.
• Learner & Mentor Support: Build and nurture positive relationships with mentors and learners, helping them stay engaged and motivated.
• Query Resolution: Respond to learner concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a seamless learning journey.
• Community Engagement: Actively participate in the Dtalks community to foster collaboration, belonging, and continuous learning.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparency and alignment with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of tasks.

Skills Required

• Educational Counseling: Ability to guide learners based on their career goals and skill development needs.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an approachable and confident demeanor.
• Strategic Thinking: Basic understanding of business strategies and financial concepts to support informed decisions.
• Leadership & Time Management: Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adjusting quickly to change.
• Startup Experience: Exposure to startup culture, showcasing initiative, ownership, and resilience.
• Bonus: Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and awareness of industry trends will be an added advantage.
