Managing the P&L for entire Bihar State Managing sales and operations for entire Bihar State. Designing Schemes for entire state Managing Claims and Team Management Good territory knowledge

Key Responsibilities Drive sales, appoint/manage distributors & team, execute PJPs, achieve targets, monitor performance, run marketing & training plans, resolve trade issues, and ensure strong traditional channel growth & timely reporting.
