Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a go-getter attitude to drive our North American market expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, telesales, prospect research, competitor analysis, and preparing strategic reports. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about converting leads into long-term clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Must-Have:
✅ 1-2 years of experience in B2B telesales/digital marketing sales (US Market).✅ Exceptional English fluency (neutral accent, strong phone presence).✅ Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word) & report preparation, Loom Videos.✅ Outstanding email drafting & professional communication skills.✅ Self-starter with a go-getter attitude – thrives under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).✔ Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads).✔ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha.
Excellent Communication in terms of fluent English will be preferred.
