Business development Executive

We are hiring a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Facility Management or Manpower Services sector. This role requires strong sales acumen, client relationship management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and client meetings to showcase services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed defined sales targets.
• Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market developments.
• Regularly achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

• 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IFMS or Manpower Industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and client engagement.
