Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Business Development Executive (Telecaller) to join our SuperNotes Sales Team. The role involves direct communication with students, generating leads, explaining course features, and converting potential learners into paid customers. The ideal candidate will be target-oriented, student-friendly, and motivated to help aspirants achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce SuperNotes courses (SSC / PSC / RRB).
  • Explain course features, pricing, and benefits effectively to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-up leads promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, follow-ups, and promotions.
  • Provide personalized guidance to students, helping them choose the right course as per their preparation level.
  • Collect and share student feedback to improve product experience.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Any degree (Graduation or above).
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
  • Technical Skills: Familiar with phone, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling / EdTech / Sales (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
  • Attitude: Friendly, persuasive, and customer-centric.
  • Work Type: Full-time Work from Office
