🔍 Hiring: Senior Advisor – Artillery Shell Manufacturing (Defence Expert | Remote Advisory Role)

Are you a retired or senior defence manufacturing professional with deep expertise in artillery shell production? We are looking for a strategic advisor to help us set up and scale operations in 155mm artillery shell manufacturing.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

✅ Guide end-to-end setup of artillery manufacturing lines – including precision forging, heat treatment, and QA protocols

✅ Support in obtaining manufacturing licenses and ensuring regulatory compliance

✅ Design production workflows & mentor technical teams

✅ Align processes with MoD standards and defence procurement norms

👤 Who We’re Looking For

🔸 Retired or senior expert from DRDO, Ordnance Factories, DPSUs, or private defence manufacturing companies

🔸 Deep knowledge of defence-grade production, artillery shell design & SOPs

🔸 Experience in setting up 155mm artillery shell manufacturing units

🔸 Willing to work remotely on a long-term consulting basis, with potential for full-time absorption as operations commence

🌍 Location: Remote (Periodic travel, if required, can be discussed)

📅 Duration: Minimum 1 year (long-term advisory engagement)
