Business development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive business growth. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and promote the company’s products and services to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [Industry, e.g., IT solutions, real estate, healthcare, etc.].
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives/commission.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
