Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive the growth of Vidzers by onboarding leading brands and digital marketing agencies onto our platform. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for Vidzers, proactively reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to expand our advertiser ecosystem. Reporting to the Sales Head, you will work from our vibrant Cochin office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to brands looking to supercharge their influencer marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential brands, digital agencies, and advertisers in sectors like FMCG, e-commerce, lifestyle, and tech through targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events).
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase Vidzers' AI-based content matching, multi-platform influencer access, and ROI analytics features.
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline, negotiating contracts and onboarding new clients to ensure smooth integration and campaign launches.
  • Travel as needed to meet prospects and attend industry events (travel and stay expenses fully covered by the company).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to gather client feedback and contribute to platform enhancements.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in influencer marketing and video advertising to position Vidzers as the go-to solution.
  • Represent Vidzers at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven sales experience in technology products or services (e.g., SaaS platforms, digital marketing tools, or ad tech solutions). Experience in influencer marketing or media sales is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including social media platforms and influencer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Willingness to work from our Cochin office (hybrid model possible post-onboarding) and travel domestically as required.
