Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Sniffer Group, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company’s sales and growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the digital products and IT services sectors.
  • Utilize cold outreach methods (emails, calls, social media, etc.) to engage new clients and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Leverage freelancer platforms like

    Fiverr

    and

    Upwork

    to discover new business opportunities and acquire clients.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding project timelines, deliverables, and progress.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.


Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by closing new business deals and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Prepare and present persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our IT services and digital products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to continuously refine and improve the sales process and customer engagement strategies.


Market Research & Strategic Planning:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform business development strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new verticals, business opportunities, and high-potential clients.
  • Analyze the company’s target market and refine customer segmentation to improve lead generation efforts.


Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure that client requirements are aligned with internal capabilities and offerings.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve the development of digital products, IT services, and the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure successful project delivery through regular communication and coordination with internal teams.


Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including client interactions, sales progress, and lead conversion status.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and progress toward goals to senior management.
  • Document and track important market intelligence and competitor activities.


Networking & Representation:

  • Represent Sniffer Group at industry events, webinars, and conferences to connect with potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
  • Build and nurture a professional network to leverage business opportunities and strengthen the company’s brand presence.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of

    1-2 years of experience

    in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the IT or digital services sector.
  • Proven success in

    lead generation

    ,

    cold outreach

    , and

    client acquisition

    through freelancer platforms like

    Fiverr

    ,

    Upwork

    , and similar platforms.
  • Experience in

    B2G (Business-to-Government)

    services or products is highly desirable.
