We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base, drive revenue, and build strong, long-lasting partnerships across various platforms. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in lead generation and sales through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Fiverr, Upwork , and other freelance or B2B platforms. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Apollo.io , and other lead generation tools. Pitch IT and digital marketing services effectively to prospective clients. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client requirements. Engage in cold outreach, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing. Act as the key point of contact for clients—understanding their business needs and offering suitable digital solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, development, and design) to ensure project alignment with client goals. Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management. Maintain detailed records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM or tracking tools. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT or digital services sector . Proven ability to generate quality leads and close deals through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn , etc. Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation , and client acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in preparing customized proposals and presentations. Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, software development , and current market trends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
