About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphics Designer to join our vibrant team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should bring fresh ideas, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong design sensibility. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging visual content including social media creatives, brand identity designs, logos, and marketing materials. You'll collaborate closely with our creative team to turn concepts into stunning visuals that align with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Creativity: Develop eye-catching designs for social media, branding, and digital assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Conceptual Thinking: Research, brainstorm, and develop visual concepts based on brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Execution: Create rough drafts and final layouts, considering design elements such as composition, typography, and color harmony.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand design goals, timelines, and preferences. Offer expert input on design approaches.
• Innovation: Continuously bring original, trend-forward ideas to the table that resonate with the target audience.
• Final Output: Refine and deliver polished designs in collaboration with copywriters, creative leads, and marketing teams.
• Platform Optimization: Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms and maintain visual consistency across all media.
• Quality Review: Evaluate final designs and suggest improvements to enhance quality and effectiveness.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with printers and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality production.
• Skill Development: Stay updated with the latest design tools, trends, and best practices.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining top-tier quality.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a graphic design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (CorelDRAW knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong aesthetic sense with excellent understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A compelling design portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skillset is required.
